NEPK is joining the USPK National Competition Circuit
We’re excited to announce that Nebraska Parkour (NEPK) will officially be joining the United States Parkour Association (USPK) National Championships in 2026! This marks a huge step forward for our athletes and community, giving them the opportunity to showcase their skills on the biggest stage in the country and opening up pathways for athletes beyond recreational or local competitions. Competing at the national level not only highlights the talent being developed here in Nebraska but also strengthens our mission to grow parkour as a recognized and respected sport.
NEPK will be hosting a local qualifier on April 18-19, 2026. The top three competitors will move forward in the circuit to the Mountain West Regional Championship in May.
Region Map
The US is split into 6 regions:
Northwest Region
West Coast Region
Mountain West Region

Divisions
Similar to our local NEPK competitions, age divisions fall into the following:
Junior: Ages 7-9
Youth: Ages 10-13
Teens: Ages 14-16
Adult: Ages 17-34
Masters: Ages 35+
Note that Novice and Advanced Adult divisions are consolidated into a single adult division. A Masters division has been added for older groups.
Male and female athletes will compete separately in each division.
Events
Competition formats hosted by USPK include speed, skill, and style. Parkour Tag is typically held via team-format at the professional level under World Chase Tag and will not be available for this circuit at the moment.
Note on Style: Local and regional competitions will hold a Line Competition only for the Style event (i.e. you have 20 seconds to put your best flow run together, flips and parkour). At Nationals, Day 1 may be a Line event while Day 2 may be a Combo event. See Info Sheet below for more information.
