Local Competitions

Nebraska Parkour facilitates the state’s competitive environment by hosting four Opens per year, one of each main competition formats:

• Speed

• Skill

• Style

• Tag

Athletes are split into five age divisions: Junior, Youth, Teens, Adult, and Masters. Athletes compete alongside other athletes based on their age and gender. Each division is split by men’s open and women’s open.

Regional & National Competitions

NEPK also the hosts a local qualifier in the national competition circuit organized by the United States Parkour Association (USPK) — the the National Governing Body for Parkour, Freerunning and L’Art du Deplacement in the USA.

Winners of the competition will move on to the Regional Championship, followed by the USPK National Championship, followed by Sport Parkour League Championships & Parkour Earth Worlds.
