Parkour classes cover various movements using a progressionism framework. We ensure all students train safety movements from day one and build it into their muscle memory. We begin with the fundamentals necessary for proper technique through a variety of movements covering vaults, bar work, balance, quadrupedal movements, and more.
Parkour is a discipline we aspire to rebrand. Along with the kinesthetic movements, we equip students with the knowledge, awareness, social skills, and moral decisions to be part of the community and support others in the same way they are taught. Our goal is to give students the knowledge they need to teach themselves and face challenges appropriately when confronted.
Our classes are held in controlled, indoor facilities or outdoor spaces with appropriate architecture. We teach both individuals and groups.
