Welcoming Natasha Acosta and Quinlan Young as Our New General Manager and Head Coach
All the way from Norwalk, California, please join us in welcoming Natasha Acosta and Quinlan Young, two movement professionals whose passion, experience, and commitment to mentorship align perfectly with our mission of helping others move, grow, and thrive.
✨ Meet Natasha
Natasha brings many years of experience in movement arts, performance direction, and program leadership from her time as a performer and working her way up to Assistant Manager and Performance Program Director at Fly Studios Kidz Aerial Arts. Her most recent Aerial, Performance, Parkour and Breakdance Coach roles at Firestorm Freerunning & Acrobatics also lead her to becoming a parkour athlete achieving 4th place at the West Coast Parkour Championships 2022 in the Overall Women’s division.
Leading event teams and mentoring developing instructors, Natasha led showcase productions, developed new training procedures, and inspired both students and staff to pursue their full potential.
Her leadership style is rooted in organization, empathy, and customer success — always seeking to create systems that make people feel supported and empowered. Natasha’s eye for detail and her heart for the people she leads make her an incredible fit for our team and culture.
Natasha will be stepping in as the General Manager for Nebraska Parkour — onboarding customers, planning bigger events, coaching classes, executing daily operations, handling behind-the-scenes work, and transforming how we meet the needs of the community throughout their journey with us.
💪 Meet Quinlan
Quinlan joins us with more than a decade of hands-on experience across parkour coaching, sports instruction, martial arts, and youth development. His coaching journey has taken him from leading self-defense and team sports programs throughout Southern California to serving as Head Coach of Firestorm Freerunning’s Parkour Program and Competition Team.
Quinlan has trained staff, designed class curricula, organized large-scale events, and guided athletes through their own competitive journeys with his most recent athlete competing at Kings of the Concrete. His experience also extends beyond movement — with roles in facility operations, customer service, and animal care — showcasing his versatility, reliability, and care-driven mindset.
Quinlan has launched as the Head Coach of Nebraska Parkour and has already started teaching his own classes. Along with coaching, Quinlan will be supporting and tranforming our team’s teaching and parkour capabilities, refining our ranking system, setting up better tracking systems for students, improving standards and policies, better ensuring communication between student progress and families, and leveling up students across the program.
🌈 Why We’re Excited
Both Natasha and Quinlan bring something special — Natasha’s voice for customers and organizational structure, and Quinlan’s mentorship and experience from another parkour hub. Together, they embody the balance of care and discipline that we are excited to see transform our program, inspire our students, and strengthen our community both in and out of the gym.
Please join us in giving them both a warm welcome — and if you see them around, be sure to say hi! 🙌
