Local & National Competitions
We facilitate the state’s competitive environment by hosting the main competition formats: Tag, Speed, Skill, & Style. In addition to these four, we dual-host a Flow competition during the Style competition. Five divisions give equitable opportunity for competitors: Kids’, Teen, Women’s, Novice, & Advanced
Nebraska Parkour is also the host for a local qualifier in the 2026 national circuit organized by the United States Parkour Association (USPK) — the the National Governing Body for Parkour, Freerunning and L’Art du Deplacement in the USA.
Summer Camp
Join us for a summer of parkour and join us for parkour camp! Learn parkour fundamentals in a safe, structured environment, build strength, agility, and coordination through fun challenges, explore obstacle courses, games, and team-building sessions, and make new friends who share the same passion for movement!
Birthday Parties
Celebrate the special day of the year doing parkour! For kids and adults, we’ll teach you parkour, challenge you with parkour tag, build courses, and pull out the motorized superdrum Nerf guns.
Seasonal Events
We will host events on a semi-frequent basis year-round for the community including Parents’ Night Out, Halloween After Dark Party/Lock-In, Teen Night Out, and more! Be on the lookout and follow us for updates on our social media!

Have a private group or event you would like us to facilitate? Maybe you’re just looking for a private lesson. We’ve worked on-site and off-site with different groups including martial arts academies, homeschool groups, churches, non-profits, and more!
