Parkour Levels: Beginner to Advanced (Videos)
Everyone starts at a different level when they start their parkour journey. Leveling up all depends on the athlete and the (amount of) training. Sometimes, it can seem unimaginable what progress looks like, and we only compare ourselves to the highest level athlete instead of the progress to get there. When we look at athletes from beginner to advanced, we can see how athletes move from beginner to intermediate to advanced.
Below is a handful of our athletes representing different levels of parkour where:
The type of parkour shown is only flips and massive movements.
We only sourced parkour in the form of lines.
Videos are based on the difficulty, composition, and execution of each line and not the individual athlete. Videos progress in skill the farther down you scroll.
Keep in mind, parkour doesn’t just look like big flips and building jumps. It can take different forms objectives and goals such as flow, creativity, and so much more.
