Expected Camp Behavior
We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and fun environment for all campers. Students are expected to follow the rules of the gym and the instructions of the camp staff. Please communicate the expected behaviors with your child(ren) prior to your week of camp. If students cannot maintain safe, respectful behavior including but not limited to others and the surrounding property, then the student will be subject to having their camp enrollment terminated without a refund.
To help ensure a positive experience for everyone, we ask that all campers follow these basic behavior expectations:
Be respectful to fellow campers, staff, and camp property.
Follow directions from staff the first time they are given.
Keep hands, feet, and personal belongings to yourself.
Use kind and appropriate language.
Participate in activities with a positive attitude. Students are welcome to go into the "cool off zone" at any point in the day. The only parts of camp we require participation in are the warmup and campfire session that include setting expectations.
Repeated disruptive behavior, refusal to follow instructions, aggression, bullying, or actions that compromise the safety of others may result in a parent/guardian being called to pick up their child.
Continued issues or issues that damage equipment, supplies, or the structural integrity of any part of the building (e.g. plumbing, restrooms, cabinets, etc.) could lead to dismissal from camp without a refund.
Termination Policy
Any severe or repeated behavior from a student will be discussed between staff prior to termination. We will work with your child and the situation to resolve the issue in a reasonable and respectful manner. However, severe or repeated behavior may lead to the student being removed from camp without a refund.
