We're always looking for people to join our team! All our coaches go through a heavy, comprehensive training you won't receive anywhere else. We'll walk you through it, so don't worry. Once you're capable to teach on their own, you should learn new things to bring back to the group.

Requirements & Other Things

High school graduate (or equivalent) required, college preferred. Bonus points for related fields of study/experience. Experience is helpful, but not necessary. We train!

We look for coaches who are eager-to-learn team players with a mindset for continuous self-improvement. You hold the values of parkour and can learn multiple topics. You can leave your ego at the door and can play any role. You work well with children and adults, have a strong sense of empathy, possess a strong aptitude for learning, and you maintain professionalism in and out of the workplace.

Above all else, every one of our coaches holds strong character and values to make the world a better place. We show it too.
